NOTE: We could update/add to this list every single week. Because every single week at least some of our customers receive an unexpected pleasure in the form of an upgrade, reduction in rate OR BOTH AT THE SAME TIME! And many times, our booking customers will recieve this surprise several times between the time they deposit and the time they sail.
One recent example: Family of 4 booked two M insides on Serendade of the Seas. Some time later, their rate for this cabin was reduced. Then they were upgraded to two balcony cabins when it became available for the same price. Then rates went down after they had made final payment, and they received a substantial refund on their credit card.
Could this happen to you if you book with us? Well, let's look at it another way: It WON'T happen if you book somewhere else.

Customer A (this is MANY customers)
Booked Caribbean cruises with us at a deeply discounted rate and was informed at final payment that their balance was much less OR ended up receiving a refund on their credit card when the price went down after final payment was already made.

Booked one quad cabin and ended up with two cabins (sometimes with a connecting door) for LESS MONEY than they originally had committed for their quad.

Got a two category upgrade and a money back on their credit card 4 days prior to their 3 day Bahamas cruise.

This is just four of MANY! Here's how we do it:
We check cruise rates weekly (sometimes promos only last a week or even less) to make sure they haven't gone down, or to see if upgrades are now available which affect customers we have booked. If rates go up, all depositors are protected. If they go down, we adjust your rate which either reduces your final payment or gets you a credit on your credit card. EVEN AS LATE AS DAYS BEFORE THE SAILING!! NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS! We even gain shipboard credits and upgrades with Princess and Carnival after final payment since they don't allow rate adjustments once final payments are made. Bottom line: no matter which cruise line you're interested in, put your trust in us!
